Our peer groups are designed for family business CEOs and their leadership teams for an affordable monthly membership.
Family CEOs Peer Group Program Details
Here are the basics of our program:
- Your full leadership team should participate so you have full buy-in and support to implement positive change.
- In addition to peer group access, you also receive one-on-one executive coaching as part of this program.
- We also include tools, online systems, and unlimited DiSC profiles to help you succeed.
Location: Participation is available in a hybrid in-person/online format. Family CEOs is based in Dallas with additional locations around the U.S.
Group Size: 8-12 companies – no local industry competitors
Meeting Cadence:
- Monthly meeting (on months when there is no quarterly meeting) with CEOs and leadership teams together
- Monthly one-on-one CEO check-in session
- Quarterly leadership and CEO meeting (half/day with leadership team, half/day with CEOs only)
- Annual in-person 2-day “Family Business Leadership Summit” for all participants
Membership Price: $2500/month ($30k/year)
